Your First Visit is FREE for Open Contrast Therapy!

"The Oasis" is a private room that is reservable, but is not free for your first visit. 

Our Open Contrast Therapy does not require a reservation. We are a co-ed facility. Typical attire is a modest bathing suit or athletic shorts and top, sandals or slides. A changing room is in the Locker Room, and lockers with locks are available for your personal belongings. Bath towels are provided, as well as moistened aromatherapy towels. Choose from eucalyptus, lavender or sandalwood.

"The Oasis" is for individual Contrast Therapy or you can bring a guest. Guests are always free of charge. Reservations are for 50 minutes. Enjoy your own 2 person infrared sauna, a cold plunge tub, seating for two, a water dispenser, herbal teas, and a refrigerator to keep your aromatherapy towels chilled.

Customers must read and sign both the "Contraindications Warnings & Acknowledgement" and the "Personal Information & Liability Waiver" forms before doing sauna and cold plunge.
