What do you have to lose other than stress, pain, inflammation, and toxins?

Our Open Contrast Therapy does not require a reservation. Typical attire is a modest coverage bathing suit or athletic shorts and top. Lockers are available for your personal belongings and towels are provided.

Before your visit, please read about Contraindications and find the links to sign the Consent and Liability Waiver forms online by creating or using an existing Vagaro account. Having a Vagaro account allows you to also reserve our private room 'The Oasis'.
