Your First Visit is FREE for Open Contrast Therapy!

Our Open Contrast Therapy does not require a reservation. Typical attire is a modest bathing suit or athletic shorts and top. A changing room is in the Locker Room, and lockers with locks are available for your personal belongings. We provide towels.

Customers must read and sign both the "Contraindications Warnings & Acknowledgement" and the "Personal Information & Liability Waiver" forms before doing sauna and cold plunge. Forms are available in person. To access these forms on-line, please click on the "Contraindications" button below which will take you to the links for both forms. Please also review our Sauna Rules before your visit.
