Enjoy the convenience of not needing a reservation to do contrast therapy at Firefly. Our Open Contrast Therapy option offers Medical Saunas™ a leader in infrared sauna and plunge tub technology. Our Medical Saunas™ Spa 9 is commercial grade infrared sauna that can seat 10-12 comfortably with deep bench seating and an interior height of 6.6' (80").
After your sauna visit our tub room that has two hybrid Frozen 9™ Cold Plunge tubs set as a hot-tub and a cold-water tub to do hydro-contrast therapy. The cold-water plunge tub has a temperature range of 55 - 59° F to allow for longer immersion which leads to better results from your contrast therapy sessions. The Frozen 9™ can accommodate guests up to 6'7" in height and is equipped with an essential oil infuser.
